No Guaranteed Search Rankings

Search-engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, website quality, content, technical SEO, indexing decisions, user behavior, and changes made by search engines.

Accordingly, pelanbijak.link does not guarantee specific Google rankings, first-page positions, traffic increases, leads, sales, revenue, indexing, or any particular SEO outcome.

Our responsibility is to provide the services and deliverables agreed with the client. Search engines independently determine how websites and backlinks are crawled, indexed, evaluated, and ranked. SEO providers commonly distinguish between agreed service deliverables and search-ranking outcomes.

PBN and Backlink Services

Our services may include backlinks placed on third-party websites or websites used as part of a PBN or other link-building strategy.

Third-party websites are outside our complete control and may change ownership, content, domain status, linking practices, availability, or policies.

We therefore cannot guarantee that every backlink will remain live permanently, remain indexed, retain the same SEO value, or produce a particular ranking improvement. Search engines may crawl, index, ignore, devalue, or otherwise evaluate backlinks according to their own systems and policies. 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to fulfill their orders. This may include website URLs, target pages, keywords, preferred anchor text, business information, and campaign instructions.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to promote the website and materials supplied to us. You are responsible for ensuring that your website and submitted materials comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Delays in providing information, approvals, or required access may affect delivery times.

Orders and Payments

Prices, packages, payment methods, and payment requirements will be communicated before an order is accepted. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before work begins.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited because services may already have been performed specifically for the client.

We reserve the right to pause or decline an order when payment is overdue, required information is missing, or the requested service creates legal, security, or operational concerns.

Delivery Times

Any delivery timeframe displayed on the website or communicated by us is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by third-party website availability, publishing schedules, technical issues, content requirements, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Link Replacement

If a purchased package includes a link-replacement guarantee, replacement eligibility will be determined according to the conditions of that particular package.

A backlink may become unavailable because of third-party website changes, domain expiration, content removal, ownership changes, technical problems, or other circumstances outside our control.

Unless expressly included in the purchased package, we are not required to monitor or replace previously delivered backlinks. 

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage of completion. Services already completed or delivered may not be refundable.

Any refund request should be submitted promptly with the relevant order information. Where a package contains specific refund or replacement terms, those terms will apply.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our proprietary SEO processes, strategies, methodologies, systems, templates, and internal resources remain the property of pelanbijak.link.

Third-party websites and their content remain subject to the ownership and policies of their respective owners.

Confidentiality

We may receive non-public information relating to your business, website, SEO strategy, keywords, campaign objectives, or marketing activities.

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide our services, communicate with you, or operate our business.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for services already completed or amounts already due.
